| All Tweak Geek IT hosted services will experience minor downtime between 02:30 and 04:00 on the 31st of July 2016. This downtime is for routine server hardware maintenance on our hosting servers, and scheduled hardware upgrades to managed VPS appliances.
Service downtime of each server is not expected to exceed 15 minutes as multiple servers will be simultaneously worked on the same time, and in batches reflecting the service groups. The service batches will be carried out in the following order: Website hosting > Email hosting > Cloud hosting > Managed VPS. Please note that Managed VPS services may be offline for up to 45 minutes as any requested RAM or CPU upgrades requiring physical changes on the host server require testing before the VPS can be placed back into service. |
